How do I place an order?
Simply choose your style from the menu choice on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.
I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section of our site.
Can I cancel my order?
Please e-mail us at hithere@oleole.au as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and/or marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?
Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Note that all shipping times are estimated based on previous successful delivery. Some regional area may take additional time to arrive. Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control). Shipping carrier delay occasionally occur which is out of Seller's control.
Do you deliver your products internationally?
Yes! Although OleOle business is based in Australia, our store successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.
How can I track my package?
A tracking number will appear on your order details once your package has been shipped. You will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track your package on OleOle Tracking Page.
What about custom fees?
This depends on the laws of your country. We strive to avoid this, however, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?
Please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can check and boost the delivery process. You can email us at hithere@oleole.au or by using the Contact Us page.
What do I do if my product arrived damaged?
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at hithere@oleole.au right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Can I return my product for a refund?
Sure! We have a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Check our Return & Refund policy for details and other conditions.
To start a return, you can contact us at hithere@oleole.au, or using our Contact Us page. Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
How secure is my personal information?
Our store meets all 6 categories of PCI compliance standards; meaning we adhere to the highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Additionally, every page of our store uses SSL encryption technology to protect our shoppers. You can verify this by looking up at your browser address bar and seeing "https://" in front of our web address and the padlock icon as well. This ensures that ALL data is encrypted and secure while browsing and shopping our store and that nothing gets out.
